Community Channel
Channel 19 is a community programming channel, airing content produced by, for and about Carroll County residents.
Municipal Channel
Channel 23, serves the county’s eight municipalities by giving residents access to various municipal-related programs as well as information from town meetings and an electronic bulletin board. Tune in to see what’s happening in Hampstead, Manchester, Mount Airy, New Windsor, Sykesville, Taneytown, Union Bridge and Westminster.
Carroll County HD Channel
Channel 1072 is Carroll County's shared HD channel. Programming on Channel 1072 is provided by the Community Media Center, Carroll County Public Schools, Carroll County Government and Carroll Community College.
