Time to get up to speed with the recent boys and girls lacrosse games that have transpired in early April. 

There has only been a few county games so far, but that's about to change as early as this week. Let's get into it!

Girls Lacrosse

Liberty 23, Oakdale 5

Recap: Ally Pond led the Lions (3-2) with 6 goals while Riley Matthiesen collected 4 goals and 3 assists. Val Thompson netted 4 goals and Jenna Evans added 3 in the lopsided victory, as Liberty ended a 2-game skid.

Mount de Sales 17, South Carroll 8

Recap: The Cavaliers fell to 2-2 despite 6 goals from Leah Miller and 2 assists from Shannon McTavish.

Century 25, Aberdeen 0

Recap: The Knights rolled and improved to 3-0. Anna Hackett led the way with 8 goals and Lauren Hackett handed out 5 assists. Caroline Little won 10 draw controls in the win.

Boys Lacrosse

Man Valley gets 1st win at tourney

Recap: The Mavs (1-4) were part of the Havre de Grace tournament April 2 and went 1-1. Man Valley fell to the host Warriors 9-4, but enjoyed a 12-8 victory against Gerstell. JT Calhoun had 4 goals for the Mavericks while Gavin Reid and Grant Miller scored 3 apiece.

Oakdale 17, Liberty 7

Recap: The Lions fell to 2-2. Box score information wasn't available.

Catonsville 12, Century 4

Recap: The Knights couldn't keep up against the Comets and slipped to 1-2. Box score information wasn't reported.
