Media Makers

Due to COVID-19 the Community Media Center has suspended our Media Makers Studio Production and monthly meetings until further notice.

Members Can Stay Connected & Creating Content

While the CMC is currently closed to the public, that doesn't mean that we can't still be connected. You can continue to create great content, just in a different way and we're here to help you do just that!

The Community Media Center is planning to hold ongoing Virtual Members Meetings via Google hangouts to exchange ideas and help you continue to create video using your smartphone, computer or tablet.  We'll be finalizing the schedule soon so watch your email for updates.

If any of you have ideas for a program or need help figuring out how to make your idea happen, don't hesitate to reach out.  Like the headline says, we may have to stay physically distant, but we want to continue to be connected!

If you are interested in attending one of our virtual member meetings, please contact Mike Fell.

Media Makers

When you become a CMC member you have the opportunity to be a part of our Media Makers group.  Monthly meetings give members the opportunity to share ideas and recruit other members to help with your production.  Members of the community are also invited to attend the meeting and pitch their ideas for progams that Media Makers can choose to work on.

Media Makers work together with other members to create studio production called "Carroll Helping Carroll". The program showcases the people and organizations that are making a difference right here in Carroll County. Learn more about "Carroll Helping Carroll."There is no charge for members to attend, however registration is requested.
