Carroll County wrestlers getting ready for regional tournaments

Congratulations to South Carroll and Francis Scott Key for winning co-ed and girls team tournament titles at the Carroll County Wrestling Championships on Feb. 18 at Westminster High School.

It was an exciting event filled with wrestlers and teams making history -- FSK won the first girls team title, and South Carroll claimed a second co-ed crown in as many years.

The Cavaliers won for the 11th time in program history, backed by 8 county champions by the time the co-ed tournament ended. 

Four of those Cavs grapplers also made Carroll history by winning a fourth career county championship. Kudos to Rylan Moose, Gage Owen, Michael Pizzuto, and AJ Rodrigues.
