8th Annual Drug Overdose & Prevention Vigil
The Carroll County State’s Attorney's Office presents: The 8th Annual Drug Overdose & Prevention Vigil Carroll County State’s Attorney Haven N. Shoemaker, Jr. hosted the event on Thursday – May 11, 2023, in the Portico @ St. John (43 Monroe Street, Westminster). We humbly recognize the lives lost to drug addiction and will provide community support to the grieving friends and families left behind. We will also discuss how we can all play a role in preventing future overdose deaths in this County.
