Memorial and Soil Collection for Townsend Cook 9-8-2024

On Sunday, September 8th, 2024, the Carroll County Coalition of the Maryland Lynching Memorial Project held a Memorial and Soil Collection for Townsend Cook, the last person to be lynched in Carroll County.
